Have you ever noticed how the kitchen is the heart of the house? Throw a party, give people food to eat, music for dancing, games to play... at some point everyone gravitates to the kitchen.. and they never leave.. until the kitchen is the center of the event.
My house is like that.... and the kitchen gets crowded.. so slowly, over the years, walls have come down, and the space has expanded so that now that you walk in the front door - you are in the kitchendiningliving room... and for many, that's as far as they come.
So, as I begin this blog... I'd like to invite you into my kitchen.. Come cook with me, tell me stories, read me poetry, wash a dish or 2, tell me about your day, meet my friends, share food.. and just be.
